The Boring But Important Stuff
For your information, at the time of booking we may ask for your credit/debit card details to secure the appointment. We kindly ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment – and please SPEAK to a member of our staff to ensure we have received this information. We reserve the right to make a full charge for the appointment if we do not receive notice and, as a courtesy, we will send a text reminder to your mobile phone 24 hours in advance.
We ask all new clients to arrive at least 5 minutes before their treatment time in order to complete our client record card. If you are having a facial at earthspa for the first time please arrive 10-15 minutes before your treatment to fill out the consultation card. You are welcome to unwind in our relaxation area prior to your treatment.
Patch tests are required 24 hours in advance for clients new to eyelash/eyebrow tinting. Please speak to one of our therapists for more information or contact reception 020 7823 6226.
For your information, pedicure treatments at earthspa are performed on a treatment couch.
Please advise at time of booking if you are pregnant so we can suggest the best treatments for you or adapt the treatment accordingly.
If there is anything that we need to know about you to make you visit to earthspa more comfortable please let us know in advance, if possible.
