Terms and Conditions

The gift voucher is valid for 6 months and is recorded in the name of the recipient.  Gift vouchers may be purchased for a treatment or a monetary value.  Monetary value vouchers may be ordered over the phone on 020 7823 6226.

Vouchers purchased for specific treatments may be exchanged for another treatment to the same or lesser value as the voucher – earthspa is to be informed of the change at the time of booking.

Refunds are not given on vouchers but any sum remaining from the original voucher will be recorded on the client’s account to be used at a later date within the 6 month period.  Gift vouchers may be sent to the purchaser or direct to the recipient – vouchers are sent out via 1st class post on the day the order is placed.

A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser for all orders placed on line once the voucher has been sent. If a voucher is not received within a reasonable period of time please contact earthspa on 020 7823 6226 or info@earthspa.co.uk.  earthspa accepts ONLY original vouchers – not photocopies – and the voucher must be produced on the day of the treatment.

In the event that a specific treatment is no longer available on the spa menu a suitable alternative will be offered. earthspa reserves the right to change the spa menu and prices.
